Its completely ridiculous how the Jimmy Johns delivery system for both the 8th street and the Riley Street Jimmy Johns locations don't deliver to any address on or close to Lakeshore Drive in Holland, MI. Like literally any delivery driver could make it here within less than 10 minutes but nope both locations choose not to deliver here. Thats an entire street chocked full of potential customers who work daily on that business strip that they are entirely choosing to ignore and not service. The 8th street location is literally a mile away!!!! Like what kind of a cutoff zone is that? Thats just feels like the management and the drivers are too lazy to make that kind of a trip when it doesnt take long at all. The food is okay for a Jimmy Johns but thats just silly logic to ignore business so close to deliver to. The zeeland Jimmy Johns will actually drive more than a mile to deliver a sandwhich but god forbid the Holland locations from driving that far away from the nest. Absolutely despicable.
Food is prepared very quickly and service is as expected
They wouldnt take my card number and told me my card was decli ed and they didnt in my card number right 3 times and said it was declined. So i ordered hungry howies next to them amd it worked fine
Good food and customer service but they dont deliver very far. I love their pickles for sure.
