The last 10+ visits have been 5*. They might have to add a 6th soon. I've found the missing piece;)
1st visit: pizza looked like it had been tipped when hot from oven - all topping on one side & other side bare and crust scrambled in the pan. Thin crust was NOT crispy but soggy and totally floppy. Could not pick up by hand and could not but through the shoe leather crust with a fork. The paper in the box all stuck to the back of the pizza and had to be peeled off in pieces. 2nd visit (everyone deserves a second chance): sauce invisible and hardly to be tasted. Cheese missing completely, sauce barely could be tasted and crust only half baked. It really seemed like it wasn't baked long enough. Will we try again? Absolutely NOT!
BBQ chicken minus onions and add pineapple is practically a life altering experience
Not horrible pizza but was not made correctly and was a long delivery time. Ordered at 7:30 was not delivered until 9pm. Ordered the Aloha Chicken BBQ pizza and got regular Chicken BBQ. Will use South Washington location from now on
We love Jet's Pizza, however, this location I would not recommend. Every time we request for extra sauce, they seem to skimp out on it regardless. Just yesterday we had ordered an Aloha Barbecue Chicken pizza, and instead were given just a plain Barbecue Chicken pizza. They are pretty similar so we understand how easy it was to concoct the incorrect pizza and mix the two up. We were credited on the account for another pizza, which we were very grateful for, so we had ordered the same Aloha pizza with turbo crust the following day. Unfortunately, our crust was not customized and was kept plain. This is unacceptable, and we will not return to this location. To make a mistake on one pizza is completely understandable, but to mess up on the remake of the same exact pizza is just sloppy and inattentive service.
I've been a customer of this location for over six years and the food has always been on point. Still would've been a 4*. There was just something missing. Or it wasn't consistently great.
If I had to guess, I would attribute this to the more recent management changes. The new GM seems as hard working and determined as anyone. All while maintaining this sorta genuine sincerity. That attitude spreads to the whole team.
Consistently awesome food. Always served with a smile and never that hard on the wallet. The employees seem happy and the store always appears spotless.
Awsome pizza and the manager Matt and the lady manager there are the best team. Best additudes I have been around in a long g time
