I used to manage here, before I smartly, got out of retail! It's a nightmare of a job, but a great place to shop. It's like most local groceries, they keep most stuff stocked, but can't help the occasional running out of something, they keep things clean, and they definitely try to push great customer service.
This review is specifically for the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is very rude and condescending, specifically Kevin. If you don't have insurance they treat you especially like you are less than human. There is an overall atmosphere of staff superiority that makes customers feel disrespected. They also stopped accepting Medicaid recently and don't feel one bit sorry about the impact on customers. If you're super rich and have insurance this is the place for you, otherwise save yourself an offense and go somewhere with friendly staff.
A great quick place to get groceries and pick up your prescriptions. Clean bathrooms and friendly service
You do need to be a member of their rewards program to get the sale prices however. It's free, and easy to sign up.
I just moved to zeeland and i live closet to this family fare. Stop in for odds and ends to get through shopping trips. I have always had wonderful employees willing to help if I have questions. The place is always clean and tidy and stocked as opposed to other stores. Prices are a little higher but you get good quality food.
Mid priced supermarket with a Starbucks inside. A bit pricer than later supermarkets but much quicker to get in and out. Employees are always friendly and helpful. They do not stock any alcohol.
