This Post Office has terrible customer service, the Secretary of State is better than this post office. It is like I am making an issue for them by picking up my mail. Isn't it their job to deliver the mail and yet I go to them and pick it up. Today 9/23/17 at around 10:15 am I went in, no one else but me to get a package that was delivered and said ready for pickup and the woman behind the counter wouldn't give me my mail.
Went in to get a passport the said there was no one to help mE because it was black friday and they needed to get the packages out. I called ahead to see if they had someone they said yes. I told them I needed the passport they said come back another day. I will not be using them ever.
For it being a small post office, they do their best to keep things flowing. I've been in there both times of it being dead and with it packed. They have professional attitudes and are very helpful. I give this post office a high recommendation.
I don’t even know where to begin with this review. We have one mail man who is excellent but when he is off or on vacation everything gets messed up with our mail. My bills don’t get picked up even when the flag is up on my mailbox, so I called the post office and they told me if my neighbors don’t have mail the mailman doesn’t even look at my mailbox. What an excuse. Now, I just had the mailman put my mail on top of my old mailbox ( which I now use as a flower box and it’s filled with flowers) And just walk away when I have a new mailbox right in the front of my steps. Now I can’t even get a hold of a human when I tried to call the Zeeland post office it just sends me around and around with automated responses. Seriously this is the worst mail service I’ve ever dealt with
Poor customer service, rude and not helpful. I will Make the trip into Hudsonville, they are friendly and helpful.
