I was very happy with the service I received from Van Hill. Our salesman, Brian, was very thorough and prompt. We had questions after the sale and he answered them fully. I always had the impression that he was happy to help. Ryan and Michael were our delivery guys, and they were very professional. They took excellent care bringing our new furniture in, and made sure it was where we wanted it. They were friendly, asking us how our recent holiday had been and wishing us a great rest of our weekend. I don't enjoy purchasing furniture normally, but this was a very pleasant experience.
Over the past week and several days we have worked with Brian Crawford. It was a very pleasant experience. He went above and beyond working with us on our furniture and fabric selection to make sure that we were happy and that the combinations worked well together. Our experience was very positive and we would highly recommend Brian for others.
Quality furniture at reasonable prices. Staff very friendly and helpful. There was a woman looking at recliners while we were. She actually sold me the power recliners. I think she deserves a discount or something. After talking with her, my husband said he preferred the power so he could adjust for his bifocals.
