If I could give this company "0" stars I would. I had my vehicle towed to this establishment a couple days ago. The mechanic that looked at my engine stated that I had a blown head gasket, and would need a new engine. After a second opinion through preferred Chevrolet, the head gasket was fine. The mechanic never ran the diagnostic test that he stated he did. Then when I called back to ask questions he said, "oh well". Now they hang up on me when I state my name. Instead of helping someone out, they look at the dollar. Now they will not be getting my business, instead a call from my attorney as to why a ASE Certified mechanical shop doesn't know what they're doing making false diagnostics. Extremely unprofessional auto shop.
Always get our vehicle serviced there, I wouldn't go any place elce. Good honest machanics. Very nice staff. Cheeper than the Ford garage. Love the place, great honest people and work.

Quality work for a fair price.
Make sure you specify whether the repair you are paying for is a procedure or a fix for the problem. I thought I was paying for them to fix the problem, but I ended up paying for them to TRY to fix the problem. They failed (the gas pedal still sticks), but I still had to pay 60 bucks. Partly my fault for not making sure I understood, but still, I went away an unhappy customer.
