Didn't buy anything(just didn't have what I was looking for), but they were very friendly and low pressure.
I wish I could give Wyrick Auto a negative 5 star rating. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them in February and also purchased an extended warranty through CARS Protect Plus. In July the transmission on our vehicle went out....5 months after buying it. We took our vehicle to several mechanics and none of them would touch the vehicle because of the CARS Warranty....I contacted SAM at Wyrick several times about the situation and several times I was given bad information. (He already sold us a car and got a pay check so why would he care to help). Before we bought the warranty from Sam he told us with the plan we purchased, Value Plus, all major parts would be covered. What SAM didn't tell us is the warrant does not cover all of the labor and will only cover a certain amount on a new part. The other option you get is to have the warranty send a used part to the mechanic but it doenst come with any warranty on the part. SAM also told us if we were to get rid of our vehicle before the warranty we purchased ended, we would be reimbursed up to a certain amount. After contacting CARS Protection Plus today to inquire about our pro rated check we were informed we would not be getting anything. They told us they only give you a refund if the warranty is canceled within 20 days of the purchase.
I love the deal I made on my 2014 Infinity Q60. The owner of the company took the time to talk to me while he was on his golf vacation. I met with Sam and and he got me financing and negotiated the trade in and had me going back to Ann Arbor in an hour In my new car. I could not have a better experience.
Good cars, low pressure, honest salesman. I am planning on buying my next vehicle from them again.
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND FINDING A DIFFERENT AUTO DEALER YOU WILL GET BURNT IN THE SHORT RUN AND IF YOU DO BUY DONT BUY THE WARRANTY...ITS GARBAGE....BUT TOTALLY MY FAULT FOR LISTENING TO AND BELIEVING SAM.
Sam Avila is a very helpful and experienced salesman. He helped my wife and I buy a 2005 BMW Z4 2.5i to enjoy for the summer. We live in the metro Detroit area and even though we couldn't physically see the car until purchase, he gave us enough information to make a well informed decision. Even making a detailed video for us showing just how beautiful this car was. I definitely would purchase another car from Wrick.
